Great to-the-point service, my only complaint is that we ended up waiting the full 5 hours just to find out that the phone was ready in under 3 hours.
They sent me an email when the repair was finished, but I was not home and didn’t think to check my email (I usually handle all emails via my phone and I don’t usually travel with my laptop.)
My Boyfriend had given the clerk his phone number, so (the clerk) should have called or texted him.
Other than that, my repair was completely free thanks to my Insurance plan, so it’s great to know that I have this option; this was my first screen repair as I usually keep my phones immaculate, but this is obviously a design flaw of the Samsung Flip 5. I know how to take better precaution this time around so I’m hoping I can hold out for the Flip 6 or 7 later down the road.

I’ve had my Flip 5 for just over a year before the screen started to start peeling up from the middle, then the screen started flashing a month or 2 later. I took it to the shop as soon as I saw it happen last night. (time reference in case anyone needs it).

Unfortunately I didn’t have an experience like some of the others. Called ahead because I had received a canceled email to find out why I received the email. They told me it was not canceled and to come on in. So I waited in traffic to get there. Upon getting there I gave them my phone and was told to come back in two hours. When I waited in traffic again after the 2 hours I was told they couldn’t work on my phone because it was cancelled. I asked why I wasn’t told that when I called, since that was the whole purpose of my call to find out why it was cancelled and how to uncancel it and wasn’t given an answer outside of it happens. Then I asked why wasn’t I sent an email to be told that you couldn’t work on it. And I was met with “well you should have”. Wasn’t even given an apology for my time and day being wasted. They were too busy matching my frustrated energy and saying we understand how you feel. Company may be good if they don’t run into any issues but as soon as they do. There is no attempt to make it right with a customer who was just trying to get his screen fixed.

Fox and his team here have helped me twice with my Google Pixel phone. The first time my phone battery had swollen and pushed the back case off. The second most recent time was when my screen went black. Each time they were attentive to my issue at hand, provided friendly customer service, and were able to get my phone back up and running within less than 2 hours. I recommend them if you have any phone issues at hand that needs attention.
