Not happy with this visit, I’ve been here 3 times before and things were great but had a Motorola phone I took in with a broken screen and returned with back that doesn’t connect, lousy excuse that they don’t have the glue for the back.

Employee did not have a clue how to work resigester and no text when phone was supposedly ready, first call to the store no answer second call was told text was sent but never was
Again NOT happy

brought phone back in today and Maverick was the agent that help us today, had phone for a few hours and did a much better job getting the back on properly.
Just want to say thanks again to Maverick for his professionalism.

I had a cracked ipad screen that I paid to get replaced. The first screen they shipped arrived broken, so they ordered a second one. This first replacement took over a week and a half. This second screen completely stopped working after two months. I got it replaced under the warranty, but this second time in the shop took nearly two weeks because the screens they ordered were shipped so poorly or were defective.

This screen is not working well and bugs out a lot. I am not going to both taking it in again. The people were really nice, but the repairs are not worth the time or the WEEKS without my device that I use daily for work.

Service was great. Was quickly greeted in store. He listened to what problem I was having and asked appropriate questions. My phone was not charging with a charging cord. He took my phone and told me to wait a couple of minutes. When he came back, he told me that there had been some debris in the plug hole and that he had cleaned it out and it was working fine now. He then told me that there would be no charge since he had spent so little time in solving my problem. I thanked him many times over for his time and told him that I would certainly be back if I had another problem with my phone. NOW THIS IS SERVICE!!!!!!
