I brought my cell phone in because I needed a new battery since my battery was 3 years old. It was draining quickly.
They installed what I believe was a used battery. Since it was only 12%.
This new battery is draining faster than my 3 year old battery.
I brought the cell phone back within the week and was told that they would charge me another $100.00 to install another so-called new battery. I was told that my cell is draining the battery because I had background apps running.
Meanwhile, I have no background apps running now, and my battery is dying faster each day. It could be my phone?

This place is amazing!!! For the 2nd time, I took a broken phone that I thought had no hope in working again? In less than 2hrs time, they gave me my phone back in perfect shape like it was brand new again!! Please use this store if your phone broke!! They can fix bent phones, shattered phones, and mostly any phone that’s damaged?! They’re also very friendly and I personally think they’re miracle workers myself!! Please feel free to try them, as if they can’t fix it, it’s no charge to you?! Simply amazed by this place!!

My repair was performed perfectly. The device looks and functions as well as it did when it was new. When the initial location where my appointment was scheduled did not have parts, an employee was able to quickly locate another nearby facility and make arrangements. Overall, my experience was ideal and all Asurion employees I met were friendly, helpful, and efficient.
