I came to the shop to get my Wife’s laptop fixed. I was told no problem. It would take a couple of days. I Picked up the computer few days later and took it home… The touchscreen was not working so we had to take it back. We then had to wait six weeks for them to put the wrong screen in and then the correct screen then figure out that the camera wouldn’t work with that screen so they had to get a different camera And all the while I had to call for updates because I was not being updated without doing so. I will say at the very end we did get somewhat accurate updates, but my wife and I were told different things when we called which can be frustrating especially when we are waiting so long. The screen does work now, but the camera has a lag, but I’m honestly just happy. We have the computer back finally. We had to pay over $300 to the hassle of taking it back-and-forth and waiting almost 2 months total to get a functional laptop. My wife had to skip a semester of college because this was her school laptop and it took so long but she couldn’t take classes because she didn’t have the laptop. I feel we should’ve been refunded for the original charge of the repair based on everything that’s transpired but no compensation was offered by the store beyond fixing their mistake for free. They could’ve been the very least offered us a discount on our next repair…This store may be good for cell phones, but I do not recommend taking a touchscreen laptop into them.

I took my phone in to the Blue Springs uBreakiFix store in mid-afternoon today with cracked glass (and me with no insurance on the phone, foolish in retrospect). By early evening I was able to pick it up and it works fine and of course has new glass! Daniel answered all of my questions to help me make the decisions regarding replacing the glass and what screen protector he recommended. Glass replacement is not a cheap fix but restoring my 18 month old phone to new condition with minimum inconvenience / wait time, at 1/3 the cost of buying a replacement phone, made my decision pretty easy. Of course I hope to not need their services again any time soon, but if I do ever damage my phone again I will definitely check with them again before opting for a new phone.

Super pleased with my interaction with Daniel today!! I brought not only my husband’s Nintendo Switch in, but my son’s as well. I was updated on all the information I needed to know as far as an estimation on how long it will take for repairs, if they needed to order anything to repair either switch as well as information on a laptop I had a question about. Side note, the laptop was not on their list to repair. Highly please with the customer service that was given. I’ve been to this company in FL & had amazing customer service so I’m pleased it’s not just in FL!! Thanks again Daniel!! Be blessed!!
