T was great from the get-go, he’s straight up with you which is honestly what people need ESPECIALLY when it comes to your personal devices.

T was very informative and listened to my concerns thoroughly. He kept me in the loop during my whole process which helped me be at ease and made me feel seen despite there being other customers in the store.

Darryl was quick and thorough when working on my device. He fixed it very quick and tested it numerous times to ensure it was in premium condition!

Overall, T and Darryl were amazing during this whole process and fought for me and my device when it mattered most. Big companies always like to short out on the consumer, but T and Darryl fought hard against the Goliath and WON FOR ME!!!

Cannot thank them enough for what they did for me and highly recommend this store to the fullest!

This was such a pleasant experience! Everyone has been professional and very helpful. A broken phone is such a stressor but they eased my stress. T was so nice and calming, Darryl was a hero and Eric was great help too! (Guessing on the spelling of their names – sorry if it’s wrong). I was shocked how quick they were in getting it fixed despite the delays from the manufacturer. 10 out of 5!

I was pleasantly surprised by how quick they were able to replace the screen. Less than an hour is amazing. Dale was very nice and had a great customer service tens all around. It’s nice to know that this is an option to get things fixed and remember what I would have to come back in several days after a repair so yay!
