My phone wasn’t working all day. I walked into uBreakiFix and the very helpful and knowledgeable employees assisted me. They asked me a few questions, diagnosised my device, fixed it and told me what was the cause of the issue. They were very nice and polite even although having 4 customers walk in the store 20 mins before closing. They worked quickly to fix my device.Thank you so much Abdul and Amir. Abdul did an amazing job taking care of my screen replacement. He finished an hour earlier that expected and even though he was busy with multiple repairs he still got it done in a timely professional manner. Great price on the screen protector too. I was sent here by Verizon to get my screen fixed when it suddenly went completely back and wouldn’t turn on anymore. The employees were all very nice and accommodating. I was able to come back 3 hours later to a fixed screen and even got a new screen protector put on for $10. I was very happy with how quickly and kindly the two gentlemen helped me get my phone back to good as new!
