This was an extremely painless process, technician Sam was very polite and attentive and was very fast to fix my phone. My pixel 6 pro is working good as new after having a very cracked screen. I submitted the claim online yesterday and asurion sent the technician to my house today! Would definitely use again if needed.
Very helpful, efficient, and knowledgeable. Art was great, patient, and helpful. Give the man a raise or bonus! The call center for asurion made an error in data entry and Art knew exactly how to fix it and moved the process along successfully. $1600 phone so it was important and he was a hero for me today.
