Did the team repair what I originally came in to the store for? Yes!

Did the team charge me exactly what they said they would from my first visit? Yes!

Did the team break another part of my laptop and then tell me it would cost double to repair that part? Yes!

What a joke.

I originally came in because the hinges on my laptop were broken. They did in fact fix it, but now the front of the screen is coming apart (which was 100% damaged by the repair team) and I was told it would cost another $180.00 to fix that now.

If I knew from the beginning that fixing my laptop (and fixing what they broke) was going to cost $360.00, I would have put that money towards a new laptop.

I surely will not be returning unless they offer to repair what they broke for free.

Terrible service! I had three screen replacements for them all to continuously glitch. I was offered the OEM screen to correct the problem, but before showing me they said the OEM screen did not work either. I feel as if they did not want to give me the OEM screen on the house to correct the issues so they just gave me a refund. I would definitely not recommend this place to anyone else. The staffs very rude and lazy Especially the heavyset guy with the Afro working the front counter. Try Elsewhere!

Amazing hospitality by Joseph was able to help me with my verizon warranty exchange. I was frustrated with my phone malfunctioning but Joseph took the time to get me to the right department over the phone with verizon in order to make sure I was specking with the right person. Also helped verify my issues to customer service and had a successful transaction. I left the store happy!
