Fast, friendly, no-fuss repair! I use my laptop for remote work and I was hesitate to be without it even though it refused to hold a charge and desperately needed a new battery. Brandon was very kind and checked that I had the appropriate battery (which I’d originally bought to put in myself), and even switched out the battery in less than 45min. Thankfully, now I can finally (haven’t been able to for almost a year) use my laptop without consistently being connected to the charger. Immensely grateful that I called here instead fighting for a Geek squad appointment that just would not have gotten me in fast enough, and I will definitely use them for future repairs!

Brandon went above and beyond completing the repair. Went in for a screen replacement, but this phone requires a new frame with the new screen. The locking mechanism on the motherboard’s battery connection was broken, so the battery couldn’t be reconnected in the new or old frame rendering the phone nonfunctional. Brandon overnighted the necessary parts and successfully repaired the board and completed the screen replacement. My wife works in the ER, is routinely on call, and needed her phone back ASAP; Brandon made it happen.
