Miracle workers! Employees at the Salem, NH location were absolutely wonderful, helpful, and miracle workers in bringing my drowned Pixel 8 Pro back from the dead, saving precious photos from a trip to Italy that didn’t get to upload before the phone got wet. They made the process easy and were very accommodating in offering a way to ship the phone back to me since I live 3 hours away from the store. I’m so grateful for their hard work!

By contrast, the employees of the Nashua, NH uBreakiFix store (where I originally had a noon appointment before giving up and trying the Salem, NH store) can best be described as “aggressively unhelpful.” They said my online-scheduled noon appointment that day meant nothing and they didn’t have time to work on my phone. They then said they don’t work on water damaged phones at all and that I was wasting my time (despite “water damage repair” being a service offered on their website and Google Support specifically telling me this was the closest store to me–3 hours from home-for water damage repair). I suspected the only issue was the battery and when I said I wanted to take a chance and replace the battery, and I would pay for it out of pocket, regardless of whether it was successful in fixing the phone, they said they didn’t have time and I’d have to leave my phone with them for days. What was the point of making an online appointment then where same day repair is promised? When I asked them if they could ship the phone back to me after repair since I lived 3 hours away, they literally scoffed and said “No we don’t do that.” Reaching the point of exasperation with their negativity, they told me to go to a different store.

I’m glad I DID try a different store because the Salem location was 100% more friendly, did the repair I asked without hassle, and SUCCESSFULLY FIXED MY PHONE and saved my vacation photos. Thank you, Salem uBreakiFix!

Absolutely DISGUSTED in the customer service that was provided!
I was told 15 mins in advance that my phone would be fix but Samsung needed to approve it, they did three times in advance I had one employee named Matt seemed very helpful each time I spoke with him and he said everything could be fixed but Samsung needed to give the okay… long story short they had me call Samsung AGAIN who already set and approved this appointment to have me call them back this was 15 mins later than the first call, because they have had my phone since Tuesday. To be told by said manager Tim that they wouldn’t be able to cover the repair, which Matt just told me they would, then switch it too ohh well we can’t repair it…
When let me remind you I was on the phone with they other employee 15mins before and was told everything is dandy, just call Samsung and tell them we said it’s all good!

To the horrible manager Tim who has the audacity to say nothing but yep, and mmhhmmm, the entire conversation, I told him I was confused as I just spoke with a different person 15mins beforehand and was told everything would be okay!

Horrible horrible service…

But they also had the pleasure to quote me for the screen replacement that they told me they couldn’t do….. so why would I pay you ANYTHING… seems like fishy business with manager

Save you time and go elsewhere

I dropped off my son’s PlayStation to be repaired. I had an emergency. I was out of the country for a couple months and I just called to try to pay and see if it was fixed. They told me they got rid of it for recycling eight hundred dollars item.I highly doubt it was sent out for recycling and someone did not keep it in that store. Do not ever go to the seabrook location.They are thieves and liars.
