Last month I had a terrible experience with another repair company. I took the phone that I had to get a second opinion. They’re very courteous with me listen to my story I wasn’t trying to get anything out of it I just mainly wanted a second opinion at that point I was basically defeated. After having a lovely conversation with them explaining to them what all happened at the other place they gave me some advice and I took it unfortunately I wasn’t able to get what I needed from the other phone repair place but once that place released my phone to me I took it here to see if they could fix the major mess up that the other place did. They have empathy great customer service and extremely knowledgeable because the phone that I thought was completely ruined from the other place they were able to repair. My kid went a solid month without a phone because of the other place but they were able to get it back to me in 2 days and that’s only because my work schedule stop me from coming when they called me the first time. From now on if I have any problems with my phone I’m going to be coming here . The nightmare that I endured with the other phone place ended up having a happy ending because I ended up finding here. If I could give them more stars I absolutely would. Thank you so much for ending this nightmare and fixing my kids phone that has memories that we would not have been able to get off with how it was left from the previous store

After replacing the screen on the back of my phone, I handled it very carefully for a week and never dropped the phone on the floor, but the screen on the back was completely broken, so I went to talk to them and they said they couldn’t help me in any way. In the end, I bought a new cell phone.

We took our PS5 for a cleaning, was very happy with it’s performance once getting it home & hooked back up. This location also had a much quicker turn around time than the West Chester location. When we went to the WC location they said it would be atleast 2-3 weeks as they had a lot they needed to service already in their possession. So we came to this location & it was ready for pick-up by noon the following day. I definitely recommend this place, it’s worth the membership for sure!
