Feliz, the tech in this location has been super amazing I was having a hard time with my claim and getting my phone fixed. I was in distress and this man was able to help me call customer service and he helped me as well both men was amazing to me and made my day. They’re both very professional and I will give them my business anytime whenever In this situation. I arrived here because Verizon my provider and shared that I was covered with insurance. I had initially went to new Hyde park and had a poor experience. I came here and was politely greeted by mark. He was really patient with the process and I appreciate the open communication. Plus they were bake to fix my screen that was damaged. Mark went above and beyond when the first two screen didn’t work. I appreciate his help! Wonderful and will come back!
Glad this store exists. A few years back I would have been in major trouble. The technicians were highly professional and able to repair the water damage to my phone the same day. I appreciated the updates regarding the condition of the phone as the day went on and they were able to get into the internals.
It was expensive but worth not having to deal with the nightmare of attempting to remove 2FA from all of my accounts that have it.
