I had to drive almost 100 miles because this was the closest store to get my dad’s Fold4 fixed under his Verizon extended warranty. After waiting for over 3 hours for the built in screen protector to be changed, it was given back to me in worse condition than before. They claimed Samsung didn’t send them the right parts for the repair (then why did they try??) and marked the phone as unrepairable. For a screen protector change. Then the best they could do was give us a phone number to call so they could send us a whole “new” (refurbished) phone instead of changing the built in screen protector.
In the process of making our appointment to take the phone in, we spoke to Mary at the asurion call center. After she put us on hold, after about an hour on the phone between Verizon and asurion, we did speak to the right people. This whole time we did the phone call on my phone, instead of my dads just incase we had any verification texts. Right after asurion put us on hold, my dad’s phone got a scam call claiming to be with Verizon, saying they didn’t transfer me right and pressuring me to hang up on my phone. To me this looks like Asurion is a corrupt company that has some employees working for scam centers at the same time.
I will never do business with the company again, and I will highly recommend no one else doing business with them either.

Came in to get my phone looked at after dropping it in the toilet. Instead of trying to sell me on getting it fixed here, the person I talked to explained how much it would cost to fix and why. Then suggested I’d be better off getting a new phone, based on my price range, and to do it quickly to transfer data. Loved that. No bs, just telling me what my best options were. Exactly what I was looking for.
They saved the day! I Couldn’t find anyone to just replace screen protector for my flip phone.Att sent me to best buy and best buy and everywhere I called couldnt..These guys put a new one on at great price many months ago and replaced it for free today!!!
