TL;DR
Staff is very friendly and really good at answering their phones. The repair took a couple days, but was better than I expected.
If you’re turning in an Android device, make sure you put it in Maintenance Mode first.

I went in on a Friday to fulfill a screen replacement through Asurion. Toby was very friendly and told me that this location had just opened a couple days ago, so there was no tech available that day. I could bring the phone back on Monday or leave it with him and they would call me on Monday when it was ready. I had a spare phone, so I opted for the latter.

They forgot to call me on Monday when it was ready, but when I called them in the afternoon they answered the phone right away and said it was done. The repair looked perfect. Even when looking really hard for something wrong, the only issue was a (very, very tiny) gap between the frame and the back. It’s not noticeable unless you’re looking for it. It’s so small it doesn’t show up in pictures. Much, much better results than what I was expecting based off of stories I’ve read online. With new phones that aren’t designed to be opened up, I figure small flaws like that are unavoidable (good incentive not to break your phone in the first place). A previous repair a couple years ago at a different shop had screwed up the digitizer and made the touch screen difficult to use. Thankfully I didn’t have any issues like that with Ubreakifix. I didn’t even have to reset my fingerprints.

Overall, they seem to be having some minor issues associated with having just opened, but they were straightforward, honest, and they did a really good job. I’m not planning on breaking another phone anytime soon, but if I do I’ll happily take it here.

An older, caucasian male told me I was gifted a free month of home insurance on my electronic products. I asked, “do I need to do anything?” He replied, “nope, it’s already been added.”

Today, I was billed for said free service.

You must be desperate to improve your numbers if you need to lie and pretend you’re doing something nice.

Great Store!! The team there is super helpful and Tony the Manager is engaging!!! They have lots of different cases for both iPhones and Samsungs. The store is super clean and I will definitely recommend this store to friends and family that live in the area for their repair service.
