BEWARE! Don’t take your device to this company. They destroyed my brand new $1300 phone and refuse any accountability. They damaged my device so bad that my personal data can’t even be recovered from that device. Now they are refusing to accept any accountability or assistance with the phone they DESTROYED! Mo and Steven! WHO IS GOING TO REPLACE MY DEVICE? The technicians are so incompetent that they destroyed my phone! PLEASE DON’T take your device here. If they accidentally damage it they won’t take responsibility for it. USE THIS BUSINESS AT YOUR OWN RISK! You have been warned!
Brought two ps5’s in to be cleaned and fixed the one that needed to be cleaned wasn’t even cleaned and left the disc drive felt folded to where you can’t even put a disc in it and the other one they said they took apart to figure out why it let shutting off and told me it was the power supply which if it was the power supply it wouldn’t be turning on at all. Don’t take your gaming consoles here for any reason I’ll never go back again. HORRIBLE SERVICE!
Michael is the best! He’s nice and listens My phone had water damage and green screen he was reluctant to to take it in due to the slim chances of it being repaired. He went ahead and kept it for 24 hours and he was able to fix it!!! The staff there seem to be a fun bunch, they seem to love their jobs. Thanks again Michael!
