Daniel my technician was absolutely fantastic! I’m a gamer and for two weeks have been missing out on Elden Ring . When hope was lost, he revived my unit in an innovate way. My files were secure and nothing was lost. All of my gaming data was carried over without compromise. Everyone was extremely helpful and very nice. I forgot his name but the gentleman at the front of the store was very knowledgeable and kind he played games with my daughter while we waited for my phone, he multitasked taking quite a few customers while doing this. Very fast service, I received my device back with in a few hours. Thank you very much to all the hard workers for the great service at the Hamdan location.
