Just a bunch of lying kids who don’t want to actually work. Took my Google phone there for manufacturer warranty work. I was instructed by Google to bring my phone there. They told me yeah they can do it, just need this and this from Google. Ok, go call Google back, they say no they should just do the work. I have Google call the shop. They tell Google that my phone is cracked voiding the warranty. I go back into the store and ask them to show me where the crack. Guy and the desk looks for a couple minutes, pulls out a flashlight and looks a little harder…Then goes and gets someone from the back. This guy tells me you can’t see the crack, it’s underneath. But he knows it’s there without opening my phone. Just a bunch of lying kids who don’t want to do warranty work because it doesn’t pay. Show me the crack boys!

**Called you number and you got another kid telling me I’m wrong. YOUR PARTNER GOOGLE is saying I’m right. Still can’t show me the damage I caused either. I’ll be filing with the BBB

**Update: Google, their supposed partners, took the phone back and said there was no physical damage to the phone that would lead them to believe the problem with the phone was mine. These people have no clue what they’re doing.

While it was impressive how quickly they were able to get my phone’s screen repaired, the customer service was atrocious! I’m not sure what happened right before I got there to drop off my device, but it was clear that the person helping me was not happy and did not want to be there. There was a different employee restocking the shelves when i originally entered the store, and they did not acknowledge me nor call anyone from the back to come assist me. When I returned about an hour later to pick up my phone, there was a different person assisting me. He, too, had very poor customer service skills. Again, they were very speedy, but everyone I dealt with there had customer service skills that left a lot to be desired.

I easily scheduled an appointment online w the Appleton UBreakIFix. When I arrived, there was already a line of people waiting for service and only one employee, Richard, manning the counter. Richard never appeared frazzled. He patiently, efficiently, and effectively helped each customer – including me! One of my phones was serviced on the spot. The other was finished in a couple hours. (I left that phone there and received a call when it was ready for pickup). I was happy w the service I received and especially impressed w Richard!
