I brought in my Samsung tablet because it wasn’t turning on. They said they would take a diagnosis period of 2 weeks to try to figure out what is wrong. Got a call in 2-3 weeks that they cannot fix the tablet and that it would have to be replaced, meaning they would keep my old tablet and I would have to pay $300+ for a new one. I said I would take my old tablet back, and they said they have to ship it back from their warehouse. I got my tablet back, came home and tried plugging it into another charger to see if that would help. My tablet started charging and turned on. No issues. Not sure what they were diagnosing, why they wanted to keep my tablet and have me pay for a new one… The several times I came here in the process, I heard them offer the same ‘deal’ to every customer and never once actually offered to fix a device, even to members of their overpriced monthly repair service. Glad my tablet is working now.

Brought my phone in for a screen replacement. Got the phone back the same day. A few days later, I noticed the top part of the screen was lifting. Then I noticed the back of my phone was bent. I went back and they told me that the phone was like this when I brought it in, and they were supposed to tell me about it when I picked it up. Conveniently they forgot to tell me. The manager claims he has documentation to prove it. I can write documentation as well, to “prove” a lie. That’s easy to do. This bend is noticeable, and I visually inspected my phone before I brought it in, and the phone was fine except for the broken screen. I would avoid this place at all costs. And pay no attention to the AI generated response on my review, claiming how sorry they are. Truthfully, they’re a sorry group of scammers.

I’m getting green lines in my screen. They won’t replace or fix my my phone screen because they say I dropped my phone. The phone has never been dropped, no cracks, no dents and no chips on the device. I have screen pixelation issues they don’t want to fix due to being paid through google warranty coverage so it’s their job to dictate customer at fault issues even if their claims are untrue. They said it’s due to physical damage. Pictures prove otherwise.

Update; contacted by owner. I was advised to contact a phone number for extra support. The company has no idea why I’m calling, continues to transfer me to closed departments, or hangs up the phone on me.
