I would highly recommend this Magazine St repair shop. My Dell laptop had issues with the lid hinges breaking, the service personnel at UbreakIFix were very knowledgeable, informative, friendly and were able to repair my problem. Later, the laptop had a completely different different issue and they were able to diagnose the issue with the motherboard and to give me good advise on what to do. The price for repair and later diagnostic testing could not be beat. While I was there I watched numerous customers come in with phone that needed simple diagnostics and adjustments all at very low cost, all with very satisfied customers. FIVE STARS.

This store needs to mark its closing time as 5:30 pm, NOT 7:00 pm. When people need phone repair, it’s oftentimes an emergency, and wasting people’s time by only telling them in-store that the business doesn’t accept repairs within an hour and 30 minutes of closing is unacceptable. This should be plastered clearly on the front of the website and the physical store. It only takes <30 minutes to fix a phone screen anyway. The least they could do was take my phone and start the repair, and give it to me the next day (like many other repair stores will do) I will not return here due to this terrible business practice.

I had brought in my phone to be fixed cause the camera wasn’t working quite right. They ordered a new camera for the phone. When it came in, I dropped off the phone and came back in an hour expecting there to be a new camera in the phone (j had already paid the diagnostic fee). They told me that the new camera was working worse than the old one (it may have been defective.) and they just polished the old camera and reinstalled/readjusted it at no extra charge. What a pleasure to deal with such honest, efficient folks. Why can’t everybody be like that?
