My screen went black all of a sudden around 3 PM today, I called Sam who told me I could come in after lunch at 4:30 PM for a same-day repair which was amazingly perfect although it was 30 minutes away I didn’t mind making the drive if they could squeeze me in the same day. I got there at 5 PM and Sam graded me. He remembered me from my phone call, I couldn’t remember my Apple ID password so I did have to wait an hour in order to successfully change it due to the new update but once that our was up, Sam had my screen already replaced, had me set up a new Apple ID password and had me on my way out the door at 7 PM, which is the time that they close . This is my second great experience at this location and I will only come here when I need to repair even if it means making the drive! Thank you so much Sam and the guy from Asurion that was there and was very helpful as well.

After getting the runaround from several other businesses, I took my phone to UbreakIfix in Costa Mesa for repair. They gave me a great price to repair the screen on my phone and told me that the work would be done in 4 hours. A few hours later, they called me and told me the phone was ready. Instead of just replacing the screen, they also replaced the damaged phone casing, which was above and beyond my expectations. I basically got a brand new phone. I would highly recommend this business. They are honest, helpful, and have a quick turnaround time for repairs.

uBreakFix is awesome!! I took my phone in to get a quote on replacing the camera on my phone because another place quoted me $160.00 to replace it. Sam said he didn’t have the camera in stock to fix my phone but offered to clean it for free to see if that would help. After Sam cleaned my phone, the camera worked again and I didn’t have to spend $160.00 on an unnecessary replacement! Super nice and honest!
