Service was professional, quick, and friendly. I cracked my phone screen. They quoted an hour to two hours to fix the screen and it was done in just over an hour, looking and functioning like new. This is my second time using uBreakiFix and I had a similar great experience the first time.
The store is what you’d expect of other phone repair stores. There are two chairs and two small tables to use if you chose to wait at the airy store. If so, this location is also very clean and is kept nice and cool. They offer phone accessories, such as chargers, cases, screen protectors, car phone holders, etc.
The location has plenty of parking and is at the easterly end of Seal Beach’s Main Street. There’s plenty of stores to peruse and places to eat within walking distance while you wait.
I’d recommend this uBreakiFix location due to the courteous staff, efficient service, and convenient location on Main Street.

Hi! It was my first time in uBreakiFIx (Seal Beach, CA) today and am so happy I went there! So, here I am doing my first Google Review EVER, to say Thank You! and Mob earned my trust today… Thank you Mob!

My phone suddenly had issues this morning and after being told by the manufacturer, it would take 3-5 business days after I mailed the phone in… I went online for a local option. I decided to call uBreakiFix as it was close and open today.

Mob was clearly knowledgeable and able to fit me in within the hour… then, it turned out my phone took just a few minutes to fix and the fee was VERY reasonable! He even kindly let me verify with the phone’s own Hardware Test… It was refreshing to be in a “cell phone place” and be treated with kindness and respect.

Should anything else break, uBreakiFIx (Seal Beach, CA) will be my first call! Thanks again!!! Julie

I think this has been the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Brought my pixel 8 in because of water damage and I thought that they were going to promptly look at it since that is crucial with water damaged electronics. After a week of silence, I called over 10 times with no response. After two weeks of no response, I came into the shop to get my phone from the older gentleman with the shaved head and he offered no apology but only excuses and told me that I didn’t call the shop. Got my phone back, but really upset that it hasn’t been tended to professionally and with care. Never coming here ever again.
