They did a decent job with the screen replacement. However, I asked if my phone would still retain its water resistance, and the guy said yes. (It doesn’t.) One day after my phone got wet, I started having serious issues. I eventually had to replace the device, costing me a decent amount of money. When I called them to ask about it, the guy who answered the phone was extremely rude. One thing that he said was, “Uh, you know there is a difference between waterproof and water resistant?” Yes. I do. And, “uh, you’re not supposed to take your phone in the shower.” I have the galaxy s23 ultra, which is very capable and water resistant. It has an IP 68 rating, meaning it can be submerged in up to 3 meters of water for up to 30 minutes without any risk. To the rude associate, I knew this prior to calling the store. Unfortunately, the associate who told me my phone was still water resistant cost me a lot of money and 3 weeks waiting for a replacement device.
Overall, if you want to get your device fixed here, it’s not a bad option. However, I was not satisfied with the customer service on more than one account.
Be sure you understand that once they break open a water-resistant device, it will lose that resistance.

I came here to get my phone fixed that had a small crack on the top where the camera is… after getting it back, my phone has been glitching, overheating, continuously turning off and won’t turn back on. Mind you the same thing has been happening and I had to go there TWICE for the same issue. They must know they’re doing something wrong because when I came back, they asked me if my phone gets overheated and they didn’t charge me because of THEIR mistake. Better off going to the apple store because my phone has never had these issues ever since I went here. If you come here instead of Apple first, Apple WILL NOT help you, they will say you need to get a new phone! Save the chaos and and go to Apple!! If I could give this store a zero star rating I would.

Scheduled online for my screen on my surface pro to be repaired. I provide the screen, and they fix it. Simple. Online, it said $0 was owed at visit and they would diagnose the issue before repair. When I went to drop off, I had to pay a $63 diagnostic fee and the woman said it would be a week before they could look at it. I disagreed with the price, but I wanted it done so I let it go. 2 weeks later, and no call or any update. Went to pick it up and was offered no refund. They hadn’t even touched my tablet.

If you have a device for work you need repaired in a quick manner; do not go to these people.
