5 stars definitely! Everyone was so friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. I had to have the flex screen replaced on a brand new Galaxy Fold 6. Part was ordered and in overnight, they were extremely patient while an issue with Samsung’s warranty was sorted, which put my repair out of order time slot wise, but they still fit it in and got it done same day! I highly recommend. They tell it to you straight whether something is repairable or not, and what the standard cost for that repair is. I am impressed, and would gladly do business with again. Thank you!

PS5 system was going to be a 3-4 day process. Alternatively, I enrolled in the Asurion plus program and it changed to a 5 hour cleaning. While I was overall satisfied with the service and customer service I received, I did feel like my arm was twisted into enrolling in a monthly service package that I have zero interest in using again. Will be cancelling at the earliest convenience to avoid a year of charges that will ultimately cost more than the one time cleaning would cost with a 3-4 day wait time.

This store was extremely dirty dust bunnies everywhere!!! We had an appointment at 12 we could not even talk to the one associate until 12:32 because they were so busy and that associate is the one making the repairs as well. Then once we arrive for our appointment they don’t even have what is needed for the repair and tells us to come back on Wednesday but call to make sure they have it. Absolutely ridiculous the way the operations are ran at this place
