I had a really good experience and the price was good even though it was a 4 yr old phone. It took only 2 hrs to replace the main phone internals with a new front display and battery kit. So I definitely recommend this company for saving older phones without having to send out for a replacement that could take 5 to 10 days. Just call ahead and get an estimate or go there. The one thing affecting rhe price of a repair that requires newer/refurbished parts is the location of the ” u break I fix ” , for the prices and taxes . Out of the 2 stores I went to, the price difference for the same parts and work was $20

5 Stars does not do this place justice. Absolutely AMAZING staff and technicians. Kyle is a god-send not only an incredibly intelligent and skilled technician, but as a person he is so kind and understanding. He brought my laptop back to life when other places said its unfixable. He was super patient and informative and I recommend anyone that needs work done to come to him! Yara at the front was also very kind and sweet and helped me understand the process inside and out and I trust these people with my eyes closed. Don’t hesitate working with them they are the absolute best!

Extremely long times to get parts by mail. First the screen was ordered-that took a week. At that point, I was informed that a screen cable was needed. That took another week.
Now, the final work – fixed phone – seems fine. But I had an alternate phone to use in the meantime. Reconsidering everything, including inconvenience, I may have been better off buying a cheap phone instead of fixing my mid-range Samsung phone.
I definitely feel there are missed opportunities to expedite this process.
