I was nervous about having my iPhone repaired outside of apple…I thought they would generic parts and/or my phone would not work correctly. I was WRONG! They were great! I received a phone call, email and they text information about my appointment, they informed me that the technician was running behind and gave me a new time (and early enough that I was not waiting around). The technician made sure I could turn off the security settings so they could fix the phone, even though my screen was black and therefore couldn’t do anything on the phone itself. He sent me instructions on how to access my settings from my computer or iPad. He came to my office, was on time, professional and repaired my phone while I continued working. He brought it back to me clean, fixed and ready to use! I was very happy!

I was beside myself after accidentally breaking my son’s ps5- I called ubreakifix to see if they dealt with these consoles and they told me they did and they could fix it as soon as the next day. They finished early the following day and it works perfect! I am very satisfied with the level of service received and would definitely recommend.

I had issues with my pixel 8 with the dreaded pink line on the screen. It was repaired within an hour. It was a warranty repair. No issues so far. My wife owns a pixel 8 also. So hopefully the pink line will not show up. But if it does, I will definitely bring it to this place. You guys did a great job on my phone.
