The guy working the front desk on 9/7/2024 was nice but comes off clueless and slow. Picking up and dropping off my phone took forever and after waiting around nearly 20 minutes to pick up my device while he troubled shoot taking a payment for a screen repair from another customer he then couldn’t find my phone in their system and asked was it dropped off, I explained I handed my phone to him in hand today. He finally walked to the back and came back with the standard excuse they were giving to every customer that was waiting “they’re running diagnostics” be another 20-30 min.The service at this location is slow, customer facing employee is not competent, I can only expect poor craftsmanship related to their repairs. I would never visit this location again. It’s been 4 hours and I’m still waiting for my device.
Update. I would never return To this location unprofessional behaving manager Corey, from his behavior to looking like he just rolled out of the bed and walking around with a plumbers Crack and love handles showing because his pants were sagging no belt and his shirt was rolled up . They repeatedly delayed my pick up with 101 different excuses and eventually told me they didn’t know when they could release it to be because they weren’t able to complete some kind of diagnostic to close out samsung’s system, but the repair was complete. I literally called the police and began recording Corey threatened to reverse the repair, and I was 100% okay with that. He apparently believed he was the only one capable of repairing the device though he clearly wasn’t able to keep his pants at his waste, combing his hair, and taking a bath before coming to work. 2 days later and I just got the notification the samsung diagnostics was complete..

Such a bad experience. I brought my laptop in to be fixed a month ago .. yes a month and I was told within the next week of me dropping it off I would get a diagnostic.. which I did and apparently their needed to be some type of SD card ordered for it to be fixed. Now days and days are going by and nobody is communicating with me about anything so I’m calling constantly communicating that I am a college student and I really need my laptop, however there was some miscommunication and the part wasn’t even ordered to begin with! So Last Saturday I ended up speaking to the assistant manager who was very kind and even offered me an discount to compensate for all my trouble and assured me the part would be delivered the very next day.. fast forward to today I called again because I hadn’t heard from anyone, I ask for an update on my product and I’m told it was started being worked on yesterday and that it should be done today. Hours later I get a text saying they were unable to fix my laptop and I needed to pick it up. I immediately called and was told that the SD card that I’ve waited an entire month for didn’t work for my laptop ( it wasn’t responding to it) and that They have decided that the mother board of my laptop is the issue… i honestly believe they did mishandle my laptop and probably broke it because for it to be a whole month and the day that you finally receive the item that is supposed to fix it my laptop doesn’t respond to it.. it doesn’t make any sense and my time was completely waisted
I had just paid almost 200 to have a Playstation repaired. I was sold an insurance plan. Less than 2weeks the Playstation was back for the same thing. I was hot, returned to the store ans several people were there with complaints. I came down and waited my turn. After our discussion the tech said she would take care of it. She didn’t and I just wanted to say that the team there handled a least 3 mad customers at the same time and this customer is very satisfied with the response and subsequent fix. Tough day, but great job ladies.
