Where do I even start! I walked in first not knowing I had to make a claim to change my battery. Justin walked me through everything and I ended forgetting my password so I had to wait an hour to reset my password due to safety protocol on the phone. Justin said no worries come on back when it reset. Fast forward an hour later I’m back and he takes in my phone. I told him that I was having some other issues with my ear speaker and a camera issue. Justin knew exactly what was wrong with the camera before I could even show him! He was extremely knowledgeable with the phones. He gave me a 2 hour window to replace my battery and the camera. He contacted me earlier than expected. He was able to clean out the speaker making it sond crystal clear and replaced my camera. Giving me a brand new phone. Justin even threw in a screen protector for me as he saw mine was broke. I can not thank Justin and the team enough for how polite and respectful they were just made sure to remember me after the first time we met on a first name basis. Just not only took it upon himself to provide incredible customer service but provide amazing work as well. I highly recommend this store just do the staff alone. You will not regret it!

Poor communication and customer service skills by Brandon and the team at this Decatur location.
I called ahead of time to explain my cracked phone screen for my Google pixel – Brandon stated with my warranty, they could take care of it. I brought in my phone which was working at the time of drop off despite obvious damage to the screen.
I arrived and after a little bit of a wait – explained again and showed my phone to Brandon – who proceeded to verify that my phone was under warranty and they had the part available for repair same day. This would have been opportunity #2 for Brandon to inform me that the damage done is not covered under warranty and I’d be charged over $300 for the repair.

Had this been communicated properly – I wouldn’t have wasted my time and simply used my phone provider directly.

I refused to pay which obviously required the removal of the new screen – when they replaced old screen – they finished off the damage and my phone is no longer working. Again it was working at the time I brought it in. I’m beyond dissatisfied and disappointed with this team

I called different locations for help. I ended up with the Decatur location North Las Vegas and Justin answered the phone. My exact words to him was I thanked him for his professionalism and I thought that he went above and beyond what I was expecting he ended up by having me go to the store and put a fix on my phone because I was dealing with Samsung and they gave me the runaround. So I truly recommend asking for Justin at the North Decatur location, it felt like I was talking to a friend not an employee. Then at the end of the conversation after he helped me with everything I found out that he was the District Manager which made it even more positive reviews in my opinion. Thank you Justin. And they fixed my phone….
