Dropped my MacBook Pro to this store on Wednesday (7/24), as it was the closest option whilst I was visiting the area. It has to be one of the most exceptional uBreakiFix’s I’ve ever been to. The customer service is by far the best of all that I’ve patroned. Jared and Marcell teamed up and had my computer ready on Sunday (7/28) instead of the 5 business days that were initially promised. I’m beyond grateful and pleased!
My experience here was really great. I got my phone screen fixed, and so did my brother, in under 30 minutes. Thankfully my insurance only charged 30$ per phone, lol! but Anthony and Makkel were very helpful. They got us in and out and did an amazing job fixing our screens. I really appreciate them both, I was able to get my phone fixed before going to college!
Excellent customer service at UBreakiFix in Gaithersburg, MD. Markkel helped me with an Iphone that died and would only charge on a wireless charger and then in setting up my new Iphone that I received from Asurion. He was patient, kind, knowledgeable and very helpful. They were all great and I highly recommend this place!
