I am impressed and thankful for my experience at this branch. Matthew was so knowledgeable and helped me even beyond my purchase of a new screen. I was debating bw fixing my phone or buying a new one and…with nothing to lose or gain…he helped me navigate my choices. He taught me the ins and outs of all my questions. He’s absolutely in the right profession to help us! I’ll come back for sure. I also signed up for the home+ program for my phones and devices.

Tommy was extremely knowledgeable and helpful when fixing my phone. He walked me through each step and the cost and confirmed the estimated price before beginning. He fixed my phone within the timeline given which was greatly appreciated. Ubreakifix Northbrook was clean and organized. Tommy was attentive and kind when speaking to me. I couldn’t beat the price and will take all future technology breaks to them.
