I just recently found out that you can just get your phone repaired with your carrier insurance at uBreakiFix and it is SUPER easy if you don’t have a phone to use for an overnight delivery or just need a screen repair. Jackson is obviously a seasoned professional that was much friendlier than any other repair service. Everything is OEM as they need to be to avoid issues in newer phones. He was patient and clearly explained the process and I had a fixed phone in about an hour and fifteen minutes. I had a broken OLED and Digitizer, he had the parts for my 12 Pro Max and it works perfectly, no issues. They also sell quality accessories that are more affordable than in carrier stores. This is also supporting small business, which is the very best part about using uBreakiFix. I have been to the Sandy and this Ogden store–Jackson and his team make it worth it to go to them. The quality of service, replacement parts, and price is pretty unmatched. Especially with anyone that has asurion insurance on their device. I would recommend and refer anyone to this location. Even if you don’t have insurance on your phone, they are very affordable and you can be assured the parts will not give you grief afterward. A++, Highly Recommend.

I brought my phone to uBreakiFix in Ogden a couple of months ago to have the screen repaired, and they gave me a warranty on the new screen. Unfortunately, a couple of months later, the screen stopped working. Despite the warranty, they still charged me for a brand-new screen. When I initially dropped off the phone, they told me it would only take about 2 hours, but it ended up taking over a week. I had to visit the store multiple times to check on the status, and each time, they told me they had run out of screens for my phone.

When I first brought the phone in for the warranty repair, they assured me it would be covered, but when I returned to pick it up, they suddenly claimed it wasn’t covered. This felt like a real bait and switch. The staff was very unprofessional and rude throughout the entire process. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for reliable and honest service.

Everything took longer then they said it would. My computer battery was not charging and they said it would take 5 days called a week later and the said the shipment was delayed but they it would be there in that night. Come by a few days later and they said the just got the package because Amazon would not deliver on Sunday or during high wind. I live across the street and got Amazon packages during that time so the flat out lied to me. Got my computer back and it stopped working again in less then 2 months. Took it back and they kept it for a week when I went to ask about it they said they needed my charger. Kept it for another week told me it was fixed and when I got home it still did not work. They never contacted me through out the process they only way I got info was if I called or went in. Would not recommend under any circumstances.
