I made an appointment for 11:00. I got there about 20 mins early. Ethan helped me right away and he was awesome. He fixed everything I had a problem with programming etc. After 20 mins or so he was done and didn’t charge me anything. My phone carrier Xfinity sent me there because they were too incompetent to fix it. Xfinity should have never pushed me off on someone else…
Great experience during a stressful phoneless time. They got me back in action quickly and with great customer service. I had put off getting my screen replaced for months, until it became completely necessary (black screen) and now, knowing how easy this process is, I’ll never put off a repair again!
