I went to a cell phone repair shop because my iPhone wouldn’t charge and they told me it would cost $85 to replace charging port. I left and passed a Ubreakifix and stopped in to get a 2nd opinion. David the owner took a look at my phone and told me I only needed go clean it. It was significantly less and was out in 5 mins with a working phone. Trustworthy receptionist who diagnosed the problem correctly. I thought it was going to be a port change, but she said that the port just needs a cleaning. It took a while, but it was probably because the amount of dust jammed in the port, along with the technician being meticulous. Thank you again for the service, and I know I’ll be back if I have the same problem.

Augustin gave top notch customer service, he answered all my questions and he got my Note 20 Ulta looking brand new again. I highly recommend him. I suggest you not give him a hard time because some days he’s working by himself so it might take him a bit longer to fix your phone but he will get you right. 5 stars for him!
