Left my laptop to get fixed. Called me a few days later saying it was a battery issue, and I would receive a phone call when it’s ready to be picked up with a new one. 9 days later never received a phone call, so I had to call for them to tell me it’s unrepairable and a motherboard issue, and that they sent me a text a couple days prior notifying me (which I never received).
Furthermore, 2 screws on the bottom were missing when returned..
Exceptional service. Dakota came in on Sunday when they would normally be closed to fix my phone. My life is on my phone. All my pictures and passwords are on it, and I couldn’t retrieve them because the screen broke. I didn’t have it backed up to the cloud or even written down. He went the extra mile for me and saved me from complete despair. Many thanks to them for helping me. May God bless your business.
The staff are very nice. I bought my computer to have a new hard drive installed because I just bought the computer second hand and was concerned about security and that was why I wanted the original drive wiped. They added the new drive and did not wipe the old one and left everything as is because they thought it was better that way. I didn’t realize nothing was changed until I got home.
