I went in for a repair at the Holly location for my Pixel 7 Pro. I had badly damaged my screen, shattered glass, cracks, blacked out image around the shatter point. Luckily the phone was still functional and the metal frame structurally in tack so a screen replacement would bring it back to new again.

I called and spoke with Rusty, and Bryce serviced my phone. The phone call and the experience in the store were amazing, professional and courteous. They repaired my phone in 30 minutes and it came back looking new. The price was extremely reasonable given the walk in service and quick turn around time, had I done it myself I’d only have saved $85, and probably screwed something up in the process.

I also decided to get them to put a screen protector installed, soft cover variety for $25. While I waited, just 10 extra minutes, I overheard a couple of phone calls to the store, and the level of professionalism I heard was outstanding. Excellent staff all around. When the screen cover install was complete I thought it looked horrible and was disappointed but Bryce assured me that those blemishes or what looked like bubbles would clear out in a few days. I was very skeptical and he offered to take it back and rework it a bit. Slight improvement but he assured me again to give it a few days and if you are not happy come back and we can figure something out. By the afternoon the screen cover looked amazingly perfect.

I am super happy with this business and would recommend them to anyone needing a phone repaired. Hats off to the manager of this story and the employees that work there. Well done!

Albuquerque, New Mexico. Everyone is very professional and kind. Rusty put alot of work into my phone. But unfortunately, this one’s going to have to be replaced by Samsung. The other Ubreakifix on 3410 NM-528, Did not have the same standards as this other store. The people were standoffish. They weren’t really welcoming and I had ordered the piece there and it never came in, and it never came in, and I won’t name the gentleman but he continue to say that the mail was backed up. I really feel it was never ordered, but yet Rusty was able to get the pieces in within 3 days when you go to the Stores make sure that you go to the correct ones. That will give you the customer service that you’re asking for and that you deserve. The store on Holly was absolutely amazing, thank you, Rusty. I will return here if need be without question.

Dropped my phone this morning filed a claim with the insurance and was sent to UBreakIfix. They opened promptly at 10am and I was met by Rusti and his awesome helpful smile. He was quick and easy to work with. Quoted me an hour to an hour and a half and had my repair done in less than 30 mins. He was quick prompt and even made sure everything was working before I left. Thank you Rusti for you positive energy and quick repair. I would definitely recommend visiting this place if you break anything electronics and need a quick quality repair.
