Are the good reviews from the employees because ain’t no way. Went on mon(08/12) for my sons switch to get “fixed” they said 3-5 days I’m like okay. 5th day I show up and not ready. The guy looked at the screen like if they forgot about it and was like like “uh oh um yeah the part will get here Monday” so I call and they don’t answer I show up and they say Tuesday. (I was going out of town& I had to make arrangements to have someone pick it up. Not to mention I needed that switch Tuesday for when I went out of town for my son)so then my dad calls and they said the screen will be coming the next day(Wednesday).. it’s now friday (08/23)called no one answered so I went and they said the part was coming later. Mind you it was 3pm they close at 6:00 ( I knew they were gonna keep extending it like this entire time) at that point it’s been way too long asked for it back and they said to come back later. I picked it up got home and the switch DID NOT WORK AT ALL! It would turn on if you put it on the dock just the screen wasn’t working but idk what they did to completely break it. You gotta go through customer service for a refund and I’m sure it’s tedious so I’m just gonna go to my bank to dispute it because how freaken ridiculous. I have recordings of every time I went there. Definitely do not come here unless you want a headache and be disappointed. I’m a super nice person and this place really got to me I was so angry. Fingers cross this place shuts down or gets sued . Who the heck runs this place, needs a lot of structure. Should be ashamed. Thanks.

Day 1 Monday 7/29- brought locked Samsung pad to be unlocked. Told ready by end of day. Retuned at 5pm – told they did not get it down but ready Tuesday. Day 2 Tuesday – went by at 530 pm but again not ready – still rebooting . Day 3 Wednesday- called to check at 1230p – told Ready by 2pm. Stopped by at 530 pm – told 15 min to finish . I’m sitting in the lobby received a call ‘ your computer is not ready as our servers went down”. Told him I’m in lobby and he stated ‘ oh I called the wrong number – guess I had it on the wrong ticket “. Now told Thursday , 0900, I am not expecting this to be done. Very unprofessional, disorganized place.

Not impressed AT ALL!!!!

This place has had my phone for a total of 10 hours over a 2 day period and have not been able to repair my phone simply because of a lack of communication on their end. They apparently let my phone sit for hours unrepaired, when a simple phone call to me could have and would have allowed them to fix the phone.

When confronted with this very logical question, they had no answer. Their answer was, “I don’t know”.

Who’s running this place????????
