The repair on my phone did not last 7 months. I went back in to have it fixed and was told it wasnt under warrenty but they would order parts. I was on vacation and returned 3 weeks later to setup repair. The parts were not in so I decided to use the online form. The warranty is clearly 1 YEAR on the setup page. I went back to my email from 7 months ago and it also says 1 YEAR. I went back to the store and told the person there and he said something about a policy change. Very shady.
The customer service here at the Matteson, IL location has always been helpful. In the past, I’ve had my Playstation 4 repaired here. The cooling fan replacement labor was excellent.
Everytime my phone had given me charging issues. The folks here cleaned out my phone and got my phone to start charging again. When I plugged it into the electrical socket.
I totally, recommend getting your electronics repaired here.
Went to get my grand daughter’s phone fix and received 5 star service. Lexi is very nice, friendly and very professional. It took her less than .30 minutes to fix my grand daughter’s phone. If you’re in urgent need to get your phone repaired, I highly recommend taking it to this location and give it to Lexi because she definitely knows what she’s doing.
