I dropped my phone off for a simple battery replacement that is covered by the insurance on the phone. The replacement was said to be a 2.5 hr service and my phone would be ready same day. During the repair, the screen was broken as they attempted to reassemble the phone. I was understanding of the inadvertent issue and decided to be patient as they ordered the piece needed to complete the repair. I was told it would take 2 days to get the piece and complete the repair. It has now been over 5 days and every time I call I get another reason as to why they have not completed the issue. I understand the employees can’t control the shipping and that things happen during repairs so the screen issue I was understanding of. However, the customer service and the clarity around what’s taking so long has been absolutely terrible. I have not seen such a willful disregard for my continued delays and inconvenience. I decided to just get a replacement phone and wanted to get the data transferred. The employee told me they charged for that service. You caused my delay and NOW want me to pay for this transfer of data. I am beyond annoyed at this point and disappointed with the service and customer service I have received. I would not recommend this location to ANYONE.

I called in to have 3 old phone’s screens fixed so I can go through the data and wipe them before unloading them.
We agreed on a price since I was doing multiple repairs.
I got a text message that the phones are done and I can text back. I responded to the messages, and I called in. Two days later, again, 8 days later, 5 days, next day. I received a call saying that they cannot reply to texts, I inform that the system clearly says I can text back, but she said they cannot. I couldn’t get an answer why. I’m told I have maybe 20 days to get the phone before they are considered abandoned, I said the clock needs to start from this phone call because I never got a reply to all my contacts, and I am out of town.
When I pickup the phones I am told one has a dying battery, not any sooner. The price changed when I got there, and one phone is not fixed right. The case is off/corner torn, and the SIM slot is sticking out/worn.

I recently had a frustrating experience with this service regarding an iPhone SE screen replacement. The online pricing was listed as $79, which seemed like a great deal and was why I chose this service. However, when I arrived for the repair, the price was suddenly over $200. I was informed by the Sales Associate that the lower price was for an after-market replacement, but this information was not mentioned on their website.

This updated price is nearly twice as high as the estimate provided by Apple, which is around $120. I am disappointed with the lack of transparency and the significant price discrepancy. I would advise potential customers to clarify all details before committing to a service.
