The repair of the device was easy and all employees were friendly and helpful. My issue is that the technician forgot to place the stylus pen back into the phone when the repair was completed. We live 2 hours from the repair center and I was billed $30.00 to get my stylus pen back from the store via the mail. It sat at the store for nearly a week before the issue was addressed. I am not happy about this at all and feel that someone owes us $30. It was not our fault that the pen was left out and I was billed for the technicians mistake.

Highly recommend uBreakiFix, Cory took great care of me and my phone. Even going above and beyond to correct my issues even when ATT couldn’t. They also offer the best deals on cases, screens and etc warranting their work and equipment right there in the store, you dont have to wait hours on hold being passed around from person to person with your phone provider or insurance, you just take it to them and get it taken care of. From my perspective even as a veteran I’ve never had better customer service.

Best place to get your phone fixed. Only took 2 hours and got it back the same day I for got to ask for his name but the guy with the tattoos and glasses was very professional. They were to kind and understanding. I didn’t feel stressed or pressured to hurry up if I had a question. I would also like to add that their otter box phone cases and screen protectors are cheap! If I could leave 100 stars I would. Definitely going back if I need anything fir my phone.
