I dropped my daughter’s phone (Pixel 6a) to have the screen fixed on Thursday 11/19. They needed to clear the warranty work with Google and said it could take a day or two. Which was fine. Friday came, no call, Saturday came I called and a lady told me they were waiting for a part, which I knew wasn’t true because I saw the fixed phone on Thursday when waiting for Google.

Monday came around I finally talked to a manager who admitted they were having issues with Google. So I contacted Google directly and they said they would just send me a new phone and to get the old one back with the damaged screen. I tried to call the next few days to get the phone back. No one ever answers, no one was there when I went by. It’s now Thursday, they still have my daughter’s phone. I’ve received the new Google phone by mail, but need the old phone to transfer.

Over the last few days I’ve left voicemails, emails, and today had to call corporate. Spoke to a manager there and they can’t get in touch with anyone from the location, tried multiple times.

In today’s society a teenager needs their phone for work, school, and social life. I don’t like not being communicated with, and when they lied to me about the part was unprofessional. Keep the customer informed.

Went in for a screen repair walked out with a defective phone but they tried their best to make it right! Really appreciate their knowledge and customer service. Ill be using the Rosenburg store from now on! I had a cracked screen as well as a cracked camera lens that had been an issue for some time. They reported it being water damage within the phone and that’s why it started to turn off at random times after their repair. If you’ve got a cracked camera or screen id advise you to take it to this place asap!! I trust the workers there and would use them many more times to come!

Screen was cracked and dislodged when I dropped my phone. Had insurance through Verizon with Asurion and the Asurion agent directed me to this company and gave me a claim #. It was Sunday so I arrived at 12 PM when they opened. Took about 10 minutes to get checked in. They had all the information in their computer and I dropped off my phone was able to pick it up within 3hours. The lady working there was so nice and I was so happy to have my iPhone back working again. I would recommend taking any smart phones or other devices that you might need to have worked on.
