Wish I could give 0 stars. They fixed my iPhone through insurance. After receiving it back it randomly shuts off and won’t charge. I call in and the manager says bring it in and we will open it up for free and double check to see if it’s a faulty screen. I bring it in the following day and I’m told that the manager who told me that is stupid and can’t offer to open stuff up for free. Then they said they will charge me. (It was fixed through insurance) I call insurance and they said it’s the store responsibility to warranty their product. Moral of the story is they can mess up your phone when fixing it and then charge you again and give you the run around. By the way super unprofessional to trash your co worker who said they would initially help. RUN. Do not trust them.

Person was nice, but service was terrible. Quoted an hour-hour and a half “at most” and he made a comment about how quick the actual service takes but that there were others ahead of us (we had an appointment). We came in an hour and a half later and the phone was still not ready. A half hour wait more and the phone was finally returned to us newly damaged… but hey, the screen was fixed! Overpriced for the quality of service–so it cost us a lot of time and money.

Heard great customer service with people in line before us. Line moved fast. There was honesty with best options. Brian reviewed our phone and advised it was still under warranty and they had the parts for the Flip 4. Can use computer inside door to start or review info on service. They fix many items I was not aware of. See pictures. Can come to you. Fix handheld games, phones, smart doors, tvs, home entertainment, security cameras, smart watch, .etc.
