I recently took my phone to uBreakiFix, Peoria location on lake pleasant parkway to get camera and back of my iPhone fixed. Initially the staff and service was pretty good but things changed completely when I complained about my phone having issue that started occurring after a staff member worked on my phone. After I picked up my phone none of the apps with with video facility , facetime was working. I couldn’t make a call or hear anything when anyone attempted to call. When we called they asked us to bring the phone back in and we showed it to them on site what was not working. they kept the phone for few hours to work on it and after we picked up the phone and brought it home, the phone screen went dark. Few minutes later the screen was on but couldn’t make call or hear anything through speaker. Now we made a third attempt to take the phone again. At this point we were extremely unhappy with situation and how it was being handled. Trey said he will check the phone again and it should be ready in few hours. We called to ask what was the status so we can pick up the phone before they close and an employee that picked up a phone was being rude to my husband. They were dismissive and refused to acknowledge any mistake on their part. We asked to speak to an owner and Trey said they don’t have owner’s number and they speak to them via chat only. Trey was extremely rude and when I was upset towards him he said “Because of your behavior, our owner may not even help” and said if you enter our store will be calling cops on you. Issues with phone still remains and we been asked to deal with corporate. I PAID FULL PRICE FOR THE SERVICE and in return got a dysfunctional phone. I am extremely disappointed with the service and the way we were treated by Trey. We would not recommend going to Lake pleasant location to anyone.

Trey was so helpful and so kind. Also had a great sense of humor and I had been having a bad day and he brought me right out of it by providing courteous and perfect service at my time of need. It was a pleasure working with him even though having your phone cracked and having it repaired can be an unpleasurable thing have to deal with.

Tre and staff are 20 out 10! I needed a new backglass on my 13 pro max and what I thought was a new speaker at the top (for ear). Glass was easy fix but the phone needed a new chip for the speaker I ln which they replaced! Very friendly, technical, communicative along the way! Always my go to for any phone or electronics repair!!
