What started off as a great experience turned into a nightmare. I went in for a simple battery replacement for my iPhone. After picking my phone up, I noticed later that evening when speaking on speakerphone no one could hear me. I went back to the store to let them know about the problem. They said I needed to make another claim or pay $150 to have my phone repaired. Mind you, I’ve never had any issues with my phone… I don’t recommend coming here. Go with another company… (ALSO) It wont allow me to reply to your comment…. So I would also Like to add that I’ve spoken with the manager and his solution was to take $50 off the repair price or to put in another claim with my insurance. That’s a slap in my face when I had a well functioning phone before they touched it. (again think twice before coming here.)

I don’t recall the gentleman’s name who assisted me on 6/22/2024 around 4:10 but not only was he extremely knowledgeable but went out of his way to get my daughter’s phone repaired that day. I understood they had several phones ahead of mine and he explained they would try to work on mine but no guarantee I would receive back that day. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a call the phone was ready for pickup and working great. Thank you so much and appreciate the fantastic service I received and highly recommend you guys.

Aiden and Tommy and the entire staff were absolutely fantastic and changed my battery screen and fully cleaned my charging port while I waited. As a senior citizen new to the area I am completely dependent on this phone for all aspects of my life and they went above and beyond to relieve my concerns in a kind and honest fashion. They should all be commended and rewarded for their efforts as A++++ employees and representatives of your company!!!
