Awful experience, took my obd 2 auto scan tool to them needed to change the charging socket port, they charged me $170 even the part is $6 on ebay, after I paid with 2 weeks finally they got the part and installed it but they don’t have a charging cord for it to try it, are you kidding me you are a place where it supposed to be selling those cords, anyway I took the charging cord to them and left it for 3 days, came back to pick it up the lady works there told me it’s fixed and when I tried to charge it right there it won’t do anything, she said then oh well that’s what usually happens when you deal with soldering.
Again are you kidding me if you can’t do the job don’t accept it from the beginning, any way they refund me $107.49 from the $170 I paid, wow what a great way to steal from people.

Dalton and the guy working with him were so courteous and professional and fixed my device no problem (phone battery issue), they worked very quickly and advised me on another device as well. When I came in I saw Dalton working with an elderly couple teaching them about using their phone and how to text, he was so kind and patient with them, he deserves recognition. I definitely recommend this location for getting anything fixed and the five star service!

We initially had an appt scheduled with Asurion in an ATT store and the tech seemed lazy and unwilling to help us outside our set appt time which was on an inconvenient day because we are dealing with this repair while on vacation and out of state. I moved the appt to UbreakIfix and had nothing but help and swift customer service! Got us back on track and we didn’t miss out on any plans. Thank you thank you.
