The first time I came here, Samsung sent me here for a new screen protector. I was told they don’t have the machine to do it, I would have to go to Vancouver. The second time I came here (EDIT: MUCH later for a broken screen) . I had an appointment with the information about my phone and what I needed supplied to them in advance. They told me they were “running maintenance” (whatever that means) on replacement screens and couldn’t do it. The third time I came, I was also able to make an appointment in advance with all of the relevant info but when I got there, they said the guy who does them isn’t in on Wednesdays and he had told me that before (he hadn’t). So, I’ve been there three times and have never been able to get a single thing done. I really wish I had other options.

Made my claim online and came yo the location only to have them tell me their system is down. I came called a couple of days later to confirm things were working and they said that everything was fine and to come the following morning. When I arrived they said that there was a glitch and the claim needed to be resubmitted. Upon trying, this location was not available. This is an hours drive from my home and I have no come out here twice for a service I pay for only to be turned away when I did nothing wrong. NEVER schedule a repair at this location.

They don’t answer their phone, so I drive 35 minutes because I have a claim with them to fix my phone, only to find out they don’t have all the parts when customer service said they did. Then, they proceed to tell me there’s nothing they can do. I have a claim with this location, and they won’t transfer it to the Washington Square location without starting a new claim. I sat on the phone for two hours to get the original claim submitted. This is the worst customer service ever.
