Not only were they open on a holiday to help me, they were also fast, professional, and courteous. When I talked to them on the phone, they gave me a clear estimate of what the cost might be, which was competitive, which is why I decided to bring my service there. In this instance it made better sense to replace my dated computer than repair it. That said, I want to give them business simply because they were knowledgeable and helpful. That willingness makes me want to see them be successful. I will take my old computer to them to wipe to give them some business and buy accessories/cords, etc.
