I was in the store the other day and I had Cristian help me after I had issues at another store. He was extremely sweet and helpful and got my issues taken care of immediately. He said he was personally going to do the repair. this store did a much better job than the other store and much faster with better communication. Definitely five out of five stars and would highly recommend this location. I will be definitely coming back again for all my future repairs.
My technician was amazing. Very communicative. He explained everything he was going to do beforehand. He was very warm and friendly. If I could choose the technician I would choose him over and over. Looks like I have a brand new phone. I even got my phone battery replaced courtesy of Samsung and the outside frame.
Christian and Josh were very helpful in guiding me through the process of recovering my data for work within 3 days. Christian, the data specialist, guided me through the process very thoroughly and was super kind and patient. Highly recommend this location!
