This is my second encounter with this business and I can’t speak highly enough for their service, help, and professionalism. I had a screen repair a year ago and they were great. This time, I thought I had cracked the screen on my Samsung phone that I needed to trade in. Austin took a quick look at my phone and showed me that it was just the screen protector, not the screen. Austin then cleaned my phone, and did an inspection of the rest of the outside to make sure it was intact. I can’t thank him enough for their kind, professional help and expertise. Highly recommend!!! I’m glad they are the authorized Samsung repair shop. I won’t hesitate to bring my phone in or to recommend them to everyone. Made my day.

Wonderful service! Brought in my phone for a cracked screen (oops) and they had it fixed within a few hours. Not only that, they cleaned out all the ports. 🙂 Austin was the one who helped me and there were about 3 people ahead of me when I got there. He was patient with all of us and very thorough. After dealing with a busted screen, I could not have asked for a better experience in fixing my phone!

The guy Austin was phenomenal! I called him and told him I was an hour away and was coming. He went thru all these steps to make sure that we had everything ready before I got there, but somehow when we got there these new their protection was hour and took a hour to disable. He let me go hand out for an hour and fixed the screen and waited til I got back!!!! Phone has worked fine!!!!
