I took my phone in for a battery replacement and was told it would take 2 hours. I came back 2 hours later and was told they needed my PIN in order to do some testing(no attempt was made to contact me to get this info sooner). Fast forward another 2 hours and they called stating that my phone would not pass compliance testing through Samsung. Fine, not their fault. However, when they gave me my phone back the back cover was, and still is not water tight. There are also significant dings in the corner. Now I am having to purchase a new phone. Super uncool and do not recommend.

My son cracked his iPad screen. Took into rock hill location to have it replaced. Without ever turning the screen on, was told that LCD would need to be replaced and to just throw it away and buy a new one because it wasn’t worth fixing. Bought replacement glass and repaired myself. LCD completely intact and works like new. Terrible customer service, lazy “free diagnosis” and would avoid at all costs.

I made a an appointment online through Samsung and I arrived about 2 hours before the store closed. The tech took the time to listen to the evolution of the problem. He discussed the issue with a colleague and it was determined that they could address the issue and get the pho e back to me before the store closed. They were true to their word. I appreciate their hustle and expertise.
