I dropped my phone and the camera stopped working. I was able to drop off my phone, and if there hadn’t been an issue with the screen breaking while doing the repair, I would have had the phone back the same day. They informed me of their need to replace the screen, and didn’t charge me for the genuine Apple screen.

The staff at your Rockford location is excellent, and I would recommend your store to anyone who asks! Prompt, courteous, and friendly. My phone was ready the next day!

The only thing I would mention is that I don’t think I was told that the new camera was going to be non-OEM when I spoke to someone on the phone while scheduling. This doesn’t bother me too much, because the camera seems to work fine. I only hate the little red “1” in the settings icon that I can’t acknowledge. I don’t want to turn off the notifications, because sometimes there is something I do need to see there…so, that’s the only thing. I would just make sure you know what parts you are ordering.

I had an issue with a repair done by a different uBreakiFix where the store is now closed. I stopped into the Rockford store to figure out what to do. Although there was an initial wait, the manager got back to me and was able to help come up with a plan to provide the level of support that the situation required. Although a frustrating experience, the store was able to provide the individual and unique support needed to figure out how to get the phone repaired and was able to get the repair done in a timely matter. A huge thank you to the team at the Rockford location for supporting a uniquely challenging customer service experience in a timely manner! Very satisfied and would recommend this location!

Started a little rough last week with the holiday and trying to get my cell fixed. The timeframe that it was going to take was to long, it wasn’t their fault on how busy they were to get the phone fix and back to me. Reschedule for mobile (on site) fix with help from phone service. On the scheduled day, Benjamin (the Technician) contacted me with his arrival time. Benjamin fixed my cell quickly. He was also very polite, courteous and answered all of the questions I had. Benjamin was Top Notch and I would highly recommend him and this service.
