These guys are great. I’ve been in twice. The first time my phone wouldn’t charge and they cleaned the charging port and fixed it for free within minutes. This time they immediately diagnosed the problem and said it wasn’t something they could fix and would need to be replaced (motherboard). Again they did it within minutes for free. I appreciate the expertise and I will be back if I need help for sure.
I call ahead to ask how long it would take to fix a phone screen and they said one hour. I tried to get there as soon as I could that Day, but it was a long drive, and longer with traffic. I got there exactly 1 hour before they closed so I figured they would tell me I was too late, but they said give them 45 minutes. It was done in about 30! Great fast service, I am extremely grateful!
27-April-2024, Great service and technicians. Urgently needing my phone working after cracking the screen and LCD screen, their customer service was fantastic. With proper time, the team was able to service my phone and get it back to me the same day. I’ve used this services twice. Both times resulted in great service.
